Absolutely exceptional job on our house. We hired him initially to painting work and had a different contractor lined up for the rest of the renovation. We were so impressed with Junior’s work, we changed our plans and had him do everything from our entryway tile, to renovation of our 6 bathrooms, to our entire kitchen overhaul, and finishing our basement. It came out amazing, and we couldn’t be happier. I’m sharing a few photos (we’re not entirely done yet), but I am living in a construction zone which is not my scene, but as fast and meticulously as these guys work, I am happy to do it. Obviously price was a major concern of ours and we were able to get more done with less money than all the other competing bids. Couldn’t sing his praises enough!

Junior redid our powder room. We needed the floor torn out because the old toilet was leaking through to the basement. Junior’s guys demoed everything, addressed the problem, and helped us install new flooring, toilet, and vanity. He also replaced some dry wall in the basement (not related to the leaking toilet). All of this was done in a timely and professional manner. Junior answered all of our questions prior to starting the work. It was wonderful to work with him! We will definitely be using Junior again in the future.

Jr. And his men did a wonderful job installing tile on my back splash and also my entry way floor. His tile man is very courteous and conscientious and exceeded my expectations ... His electrician also did fabulous work renewing 9 outlets and dimmer switches over the new backslash tile through out kitchen. Also I had installed 2 new GFI outlets as there were only 2 regular outlets near kitchen sink. I highly recommend JR Ayala Home Improvement Company with all aspects of home remodeling and any improvements. I will be having him come back to paint ...

Junior and his crew did fantastic work for me last week. They refinished all of our floors and installed a new staircase post and banisters and it made a huge difference!
